Like any other body part, the foreskin needs to be cleaned regularly — but from my experience, getting dudes to touch their dicks really isn’t a difficult task. As far as babies go, the foreskin doesn’t detach itself from the glans and become retractable until anywhere between 3-years old and puberty — and this happens naturally. Meaning, do not retract your baby’s foreskin! And let’s be real, folks: how can having a naturally occurring piece of nerve-rich skin be any dirtier than putting a fresh wound into a dirty diaper while it heals?
