I cope with anxiety by getting back to the present moment. I look at what’s in front of me, feel the feelings in my body, breathe, and remind myself that nothing is wrong in this moment. Every worry or fear is located in the past or the future, and if you stay in the present moment, you can’t feel those feelings.

It also helps to go for a walk while trying to appreciate the pretty things I pass.
